Description
Hello! My name is Harsha, and I’m a 25-year-old male student currently seeking a place to call home in Lower Manhattan. I am excited about finding a small or large apartment with a total budget of $2,350 per month. My availability is open, and I am ready to move in as soon as possible.
As a medical student, cleanliness and organization are essential to me, and I am looking for a like-minded roommate to share an apartment with. I enjoy a wide range of interests, including music, reading, films, traveling, contemporary art, hiking, and sports, particularly soccer. If you share any of these interests, we could have some great conversations and fun together!
In terms of living preferences, I am open to sharing the living room with my roommate. Having a private bathroom is essential to me, and I would also appreciate access to amenities such as internet, a washing machine, and a balcony to unwind after a busy day. Moreover, I am pet-friendly, but I don’t have any pets of my own.
I am open to living in various neighborhoods within Lower Manhattan, including Chelsea & Clinton (Midtown West), East Village, Lower East Side & Chinatown, Gramercy Park, Murray Hill & Turtle Bay (Midtown East), and Greenwich Village & Soho.
My budget allows for up to $2,350 per month, but I would prefer something lower if possible. A 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, or a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment would be ideal for us to share.
If you have a room available that matches my preferences or if you are also searching for a place and would like to team up, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I am eager to find a suitable living situation and make it a comfortable and enjoyable home for both of us. Let’s embark on this apartment-hunting journey together and create a wonderful living space in Lower Manhattan!
